Glucosamine

MUSCLE AND BONES
There are 17 muscles that work when we smile and 43 muscles when we frown. Smiling is a much healthier option to choose, not unless you want your face have a bit of exercise. Frowning all the time is not ideal for most of us. It will only tire your face, doing nothing to improve your temper.
Adults have a total of 206 bones while newborn babies have 300 bones in total. This is the result of immature bone structure; some of them have not yet fused and mostly are flexible. No wonder babies can pass easily on their mother’s pelvis without being harmed. However, as they grow, bones are fused and become harder and stronger.
We are much taller in the morning than in the evening. The reason for this is the cartilage between the bones are being compressed as we stand, sit and doing other activities. At the end of the day, we become 1 cm shorter than at the beginning.

The feet contain more bones than any other part of your body. It has been a fact that feet account for about 25 percent of all the human body’s bone. Out of 206 adult bones, the feet specifically contain 52 all in all.
